12 Month Warranty 


We are committed to providing excellent service with the best care and support in regards to any issues you may find yourself with our products. Our certified team will work with you one-on-one to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase because we care about your success.

 

1. In case of equipment malfunction, we are committed to performing a warranty repair to fix any defects as quickly as possible.


2. We offer an extended warranty from 12 months depending on brand and technology. We guarantee that we will conduct the warranty repair during the warranty period of the particular equipment. (please speak to a representative for further information)


3. The warranty applies to the main unit and all the hand pieces, but does not cover accessories like tips, filters, light bulbs, IPL lamps, and cloths such as body suits and gloves

4. Damages due to unauthorized product modifications, improper voltage supply, abuse, or inappropriate use by customers is not covered by this warranty.

Natural wear of any product due to prolonged use is not covered by the warranty; the warranty
covers physical or manufacturer defects.

Return Policy


If you wish to return your merchandise within 30 days of your original date of purchase, simply follow the
steps below:


1. Obtain pre authorization for return from Esthetician & Spa Supplies by email info@estheticianspasupplies.com


2. Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and returned in original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging of a product for 30 days after receiving it. In certain cases, we provide return labels- for more details, contact us.  Items sent back after 10 days using our return label will have a return shipping fee of from $7 to $47 deducted from your refund depending on what is being returned. 

3. Items returned without original packaging or as used/not in sell-able condition are subject to 30% restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse any returns depending on the condition of the returned item.


4. Customers are responsible for properly packaging products for return to our facility to avoid possible damage during shipping transit. Any damage resulting from inappropriate packaging/ insufficient protection inside the shipped box is the responsibility of the customer.


5. Postmark your return within 10 days of receiving your order and return shipping is FREE!  Returned oversize equipment is subject to 30% restocking fee. Equipment returned 30 days after purchase date will be charged a 30% restock fee.

6. Custom products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, or alterations.


7. Refunds will be given within 7 business days of the date Esthetician & Spa Supplies receives the return.


8. Shipping charges for returned or exchanged products are the responsibility of the consumer and are non-refundable.


9. Any shipping and handling damages must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery or to Esthetician & Spa Supplies within 24 hours of receiving a product. In very rare cases, there exists a slight variation in appearance between equipment listed on Esthetician & Spa Supplies and equipment shipped to consumers.
This is attributed to occasional minor design changes by the manufacturer, and in no way compromises the function(s) or quality of equipment.
